1.4 years onwards
Slowly and steadily, children are guided towards activities belonging to the key areas of the Montessori curriculum: Practical Life & Sensorial. Through repetition and practice, children develop a foundational understanding of each material, mastering skills along the way. Moving from simple to complex, children then progress to the areas of Maths, Language and Culture.
- This allows them to learn in a natural and meaningful way, while developing their self-confidence and independence. As they gain knowledge, children become eager to learn more and take on greater challenges. The Montessori curriculum provides a supportive and nurturing environment for the exploration of these areas.
- Thus, children can develop a strong sense of understanding and appreciation for the world around them. They also learn to think critically and creatively, and develop skills to become lifelong learners.
2 to 6 years
Children who join the High schools at 2 or 3 years of age, usually opt for the evening classes to gain concepts in the Maths and Language areas of the Montessori curriculum. The program ensures enhancement of reading and writing skills too!
- The evening classes provide a safe and secure environment to learn. The children receive reinforcement and guidance to help them understand the concepts better. High quality teaching helps the children to develop their skills and abilities to the fullest.
- The teachers at the evening classes share a good rapport with the children and support them in their learning journey. The classes help to nurture and build the confidence of the children.
- The evening classes also provide a great opportunity to socialise and make friends.
